Finding us is easy.
We're at the corner of RR 12 and 290, on Mercer Street, the main intersection in downtown Dripping Springs.
- From 290Heading west from Oak Hill, stay on 290 into town. We're on the right at the RR 12 light, before Mercer Street proper.
- From RR 12Coming north from Driftwood or Wimberley, follow RR 12 to the 290 intersection. We're on the corner.
- From Bee CaveTake Hamilton Pool Rd or RR 12 south into Dripping Springs. About 20 minutes.

Hand-picked on the farm for shape and color, loaded straight into a refrigerated truck, and on our lots the same week they're cut. Weekly truckloads keep every lot fresh. Every tree is fresh cut, baled and tied down on your vehicle by our expert crew — on us.

What are the Dripping Springs lot hours?
Monday to Friday 12pm–8pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am–8pm, and Black Friday 10am–8pm. We open November 20 and run through December 23 or until we sell out.
Where exactly is the lot?
121 E Mercer Street, at the corner of RR 12 and 290 in downtown Dripping Springs. Free parking on the lot.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Bring the dog — just keep 'em leashed.
How do I pay?
Card only (tap-to-pay works). No cash. Prices are posted on the lot by species and height — extremely affordable for the best quality in Austin.
